What shoes with this dress?

Going to a drag show this month and decided on this dress but can't think of what shoes! I don't like open toes or really high heels, so I was thinking of low black court shoes with a block heel but I don't know if that goes? Any help would be very appreciated! I have white leather converse but I don't think they'd work?

I wouldn't go black or silver .. those m&s ones remind me of somthing I had in 2000 because I had to wear heels at work but they couldn't be open toes.. I would take a look in primark they have some platform sandles open or closed toe in different colours.

If you can be arsed to wear heels you could go with something like these op they are from asos.
