I have a chin length bob, I usually tick my hair behind my ears and sometimes I'll use a headband to keep to out of the way.

Today I saw some lovely hair slides.

My hair is thick and I remember when I was younger they never stayed put.

I love the look of these but worried I'm actually regressing to a toddler.

I'm 48

What happens to us if we do not choose plain things?

Instant arrest and a lengthy prison sentence Grin

I like the Barcelona clips in turquoise and green, would wear them, and I'm 53. Might order them.

I think I'd have to be wearing something quite plain though like a darkish jumper. The clip plus brightly patterned scamp and dude sweatshirt would all be getting a bit Sue Pollard.

These would look ridiculous on me. My hair is almost at my bum. But my mum who is 57 would absolutely rock these. Sound like she has similar hair to you. Love that you've bitten the bullet. Away to send these to my mum. I don't think age matters, if you love something you love it

A bit Sue Pollard 😄 She'll be delighted with that!

A sense of frivolity grows that enables a wider array of choices, and we may find ourselves imbued with an air of devil- may - care that frightens the horses.

and when I say horses I mean younger people. For we all know that Youth is immensely conservative and prefer to ring fence frivolity as their own domain. Their own rather brief domain.
