Make me up for Zoom.....please!!

I am in my 50s and work face to face all the time.....but next week I have a VERY important interview, which I expected to be face to face but, woe is me, it is on zoom.
I have done a trial zoom...............I look awful, washed out and grey.
Please help me do something to brighten me up so I don't look 100 years old and like I haven't slept for 50 of them....and yet not so made up I look unprofessional.

I have dark brown hair streaked with grey, mid length
blue green eyes and will probably have to wear glasses
round face
I'll try to angle the camera for the double chin........

@TheDogsMother yes, in the Teams app, click on the three dots right at the top on the right hand side, select settings, devices, then 'automatically adjust device settings' and you can put soft focus on

1. Light behind the camera - not behind you or to the side
2. Style your hair around your face, even if the (unseen) bit at the back isn't styled
3. Light diffusing primer or powder
4. Bright lipstick - I really got into red lipstick during lockdown because I was spending all day on Zoom calls and looked washed out in neutrals
5. Camera slightly above your eyeline so you're looking up; and in the centre so you're looking at the interviewer & into the camera (not off to the side)
6. Clear background, no clutter to accidentally sweep off desk
7. To see what it looks like - have a solo meeting, just start a meeting on your own account with no-one else invited. You can spend as long as you like playing around till you're happy...

The problem with ring lights is that if you wear glasses, everyone knows you're using a ring light! 😖

haha......I'll be wearing glasses, but fortunately don't own a ring light. will make do with multiple deask/floor lamps if the day is gloomy

I am lucky to have 1970s windows facing east so if it's sunny I may not be able to see but will be well lit!

For important calls I close the curtains and have lights on both sides of the screen. I look significantly better on zoom / teams than I do in real life! Good luck in the interview xx
