Self Care... What do you do?

I've basically been neglecting myself for far too long. Want to feel good about myself again.
Starting last Monday I have
-started moisturising face in morning
-cleansing, moisturising & using eye cream going to bed
-decided not to have a midweek alcholohic beverage
-daily beginners yoga with Adrienne
-brisk 30 min walk morning & evening
Hoping to add to this. Insight into others routines would be very beneficial. Thanks.

Wow this is amazing, can I just ask do any of you have small children? I can't imagine fitting in all this stuff, it feels impossible.

If you mean true self care then if I'm feeling a bit meh I get into my bed and read or watch TV. It's comfy it's warm and it's my space. Sometimes light a candle sometimes lie in the dark and listen to an audio book. I have one pre teen ds so I appreciate that this is easier for me than someone who maybe has young children

-Make time to read books.
-Book a massage months in advance - trying to plan when I'm coming to the end of a busy period at work.
-Always have at least 3 gigs or live events booked for something to look forward to.

edit: whoops, just realised this is S&B. I'll add these to my list too.

-Perfume all the time, even when just mooching about at home
-Iron everything
-No nail polish, just kept trim and buffed. The time and money saved by not faffing with polish is self care to me.

I run regularly- when I don't, it affects my mood, also have weights at home to lift
Drink 2L of water daily
Use Retin A, spf and vit c serum for face
Lots of oily fish and veggies
Try to incorporate daily relaxation/meditation time
Regular haircuts and dye hair
Daily gratitude practice/journalling
Walk the dog round the park whilst listening to inspirational audio books and podcasts- this has made a HUGE difference and I always feel wonderful afterwards.
I don't dwell on depressing news stories- it was starting to really affect me so I try to balance it with inspiring books/audios.
