Night out, leather skirt what top and shoes??

38, 5'1 size 10, not into fashion at allllll, goig to manchester for the night with new fella and I'm looking at faux leather skirts, not sure if i could pull it off🤣 but i like the look of them.

One friend said lace body suit and a blazer with either stappy heels or knee-length boots? Also, I dont know if i can pull a body suit off. I'm much more used to wellies 🤣🤣🤣

If you were my age, what would you wear with a leather skirt??

If you think you will be cold (smoking outside / walk from station (?) heated outdoor bar/restaurant - I think a nice big chunky jumper works well with a skirt of any length …with chunky short boots …

I have a black leather short skirt it's above knee it's not mini short I am 5'5 and I wore it last say night with a cerise pink long alerted top and high heel ankle boots and I had a black blazer with me

I wear my leather mini with chunky lace up boots and a thin fitted roll neck jumper

then a big duvet coat over

that way I am comfy and warm outside, and not too hot inside

and it’s kind of sexy in a not try hard way 😂 (is what I tell myself) once the coat is off

but I’m quite low key

With a leather skirt you want to look cool and classy with ankle boots and a relaxed but pretty top.

A body suit and strappy high heels with just look cheap and tarty. Sorry.

It has nothing to do with your age but please don’t ever wear a leather skirt or trousers it’s so fuddy duddy.

Our local fuddy’s don’t wear leather much 😄 though will keep an eye at next church bazar
