Please help me. 2 kids, sleepless nights and no time to care for my skin properly - I look like shite. I have started using Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish but I think I need a proper anti-wrinkle cream to try and reduce the lines around my eyes, mouth and forehead. Any suggestions gratefully received. Do I need an anti-wrinkle day cream, a night cream or what????

Strivectin eye cream - used around eyes mouth and forehead.

Idealist - for even skin tone and texture

the no 7 protect serum (don't know full name) gets amazing reviews - better than expensive creams apparently

I've long used Loreal Revitalift ( always reviews very well) but recently started using Boots Protect & Perfect serum and moisturiser / night cream and I have to say - it's pretty good. After 2 weeks, my skin is definitely more hydrated, and fine lines around my eyes are very slightly less visible. I also find Aveda's Tourmaline eye cream brilliant if applied at night. It really brightens up my eyes for the morning.

Drink shed loads of water and wear at least a factor 15 sunscreen every day though - the best anti-wrinkle advice!

Estee Lauder Revalation - it is new out but I got some ages ago as one of their testers for the product - it is the best cream in the world - you use it day and night so only need to buy one product and it really brightens skin!

Boots Time Delay with an SPF 15 (£9). I love Liz Earle moisturiser but it does not have an SPF. I also use Boots Protect and Perfect (always get the name wrong - the no7 one which was in the news anyway)
