Posted a pathetic plea on 'wanted' but got super ignored.
Anyway, has anyone bought this www.toast.co.uk/product2.aspx?categorypath=daywear/dresses&productid=C1V5E&categoryref=%2fcategory2. as in size 16 (blue) that wants to sell it?
Or does anyone know of a similar style ie 3/4 sleeves, silk/velvet sort of thing?

What event is it for jeremyspants? I havent got one i'm afraid but toast are a good make.

Once a year dh takes me to a farmer's 'do'. We never go out to anything else and when I saw the Toast dress, I thought it would be perfect.
Most of the other dresses on other sites eg Ghost, Oli, etc are either too young (am getting near 50!) or frumpsville.
I thought the Toast dress looked elegant, sparkybabe.
I e-mailed them in case one got sent back but the do is on the 15th of this month. Prays for the frock fairy to grant my wish

i love toast but be warned can sometimes be a v odd fit

Have blown kisses to the frock fairy and left it a saucer of wine.
Some of those dresses are lovely but I'm slightly on the wrong size of a 16.
I doubt I'd lose a stone by a week unless just my arms and legs went to the do.frantically regrets the monster tin of Roses
Most sized 17 are frumpsville imo.
