Help! Mother of bride no clue

I'm hoping you lovely S&B people can help.
DD is getting married at the beginning of May. I am 58, 5'4" & a bit dumpy (size 14-16). I do have a waist!
I have attached a picture of something I like but it's from one of those weird Chinese on line places & I don't trust them to be any good. Also, what sort of hat? I have curly hair (think Channel 4 newsreader Cathy Newman but not blond). I think it will have to be a fascinator.
Anyone got any thoughts for an outfit? Should I wait until the new season's clothes are in?

Still looking for a hat! I really couldn't justify the Ispirato £250 one! I've ordered a couple in the hope that the colour matches.
I loved some of the Bombshell dresses but I was out off by the fact that you had to make an appointment to try them in & pay a fee. I wasn't sure about sizes or colours although they do offer free returns so you could order several & try them.

Phase 8 has some lovely headbands. Do you want to match your dress colour exactly?

One has arrived from Amazon today & I'm picking one up from Monsoon tomorrow. The Amazon one would certainly do, but it's not as fabulous as the £250 one 😂I tried the "eau de nil" one in Phase eight but it really didn't go with my hair colour. Navy didn't look quite right. I've got the eau de nil shoes & bag but I think they may have to go back as they are a bit more green than they looked in the shop. I need to try them on with the dress I think.

I've had a couple of "hatinators" from Light In The Box - surprisingly good quality for the money.

I just wanted to return to this thread & say thank you. I had the most fabulous dress & hat from Ispirato. Absolutely everyone commented on how well the colour & style suited me & I felt a million dollars. I spent far more than I intended but it was worth every penny!

It was the indigo one, which isn't really indigo at all!
And yes, love Bombshell, I'm sure I will get something from there in the future.
