I have been looking the Gudrun Sjoden sale.

I just LOVE the pictures and I love the quality and I love the style

and it LOOKS AWFUL on me. So I am trying to resist.

Made me wonder though what brands do you all love that just doesn't work for you. Yet you keep looking at it lusting and wanting? as it's so gorgeous.

Ted Baker. I used to walk past one on my way to a client a few times a week. I loved so much of the clothes. But they don't suit my overweight apple shape. Sad

They have changed the smell. Apparently it’s now disgusting!

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Oh no! 😔

Although it never worked very well i still used to use it occasionally just for the smell. Now that smell takes me back to a very happy time in my life, and i always keep a tub of the conditioner around to use once in a blue moon and for a sniff for old time's sake.

To keep on fashion theme - does anyone remember Jane Norman?

Even at my smallest (normal high st 10) i found it hard to squeeze my boobs into their tops ! But i loved them! And i did! 😂

Oh god Jane Norman! I bought a pair of bell-bottom jeans from them in the early 00's and they were SO low-rise that they barely covered my arse crack. They were so profoundly unflattering, and I was a size 10/12 then and literally had to squeeze myself into the size 14. It was my worst fashion fail....ever.

Laiste · 16/01/2023 10:39

I'm glad i wasn't the only one scouring their rails for the 14s and VERY RARE 16's and still having to force myself into it.

Maybe the 6, 8, 10, 12s were AGES not sizes 😂

Zara. I love lots of their designs, but they are all meant for 6ft tall people with no hips, not for hourglass size 14 women.

Their sizing is so inconsistent As a 14, I might be a M, L, XL, really depends on the cut.
