Help me track down this cardigan please

I saw a woman at center parcs this week wearing a fab cardi. I was going to ask where it was from but was wrangling a 1 year old and when I turned round she was gone 😭

It was a long flufflyish cardi with thin stripes and Chanel style cream or white collar and pockets. It was really classy and cool looking and I am desperate to find it. My googling hasn't resulted in any luck so hoping someone recognises it.

DH was just asking me about and realised I hadn't mentioned it was round necked and had matte gold buttons. Maybe that will jog someone's memory.
