Beauty treatments and sports - what would be practical?

I've never been to a beauty salon, I'm not sure if I missed the trend or if they just weren't a thing when I was younger. Obviously it's pretty common now for women to have eyebrows, lashes, nails etc done. I'm in my forties and feeling my age and would like to treat myself to feel a bit more glam every now and then.

The thing is, I do contact sports. So I cant have long nails obviously, but I also wouldn't be able to have anything that can't cope with friction - my friend has something for her lashes (inserts?) where she has to be careful rubbing her eyes, they wouldn't last a few days for me before I ruined them!

So does anyone have recommendations for beauty treatments suitable for a newbie, that don't require you to be 'careful'? I have looked up my local salons but honestly I don't know what half the things listed are and I feel a bit intimidated to go and ask!

I'm similar and I regularly have eyelash tint and eyebrow shape and tint.

The sport probably makes you glowy in a healthy looking way, I think this looks nicer than the artificial look.

Pedicures, especially in summer, nice too.

Enjoy 😊

Aw that's a lovely thing to say, I guess it probably does make me look healthier in some ways - eg how I move - but I'm not sure about the exercise glow, I think I just look redder!

I will have a look at the tint options, thank you for the recommendation. They could do with shaping though not loads left to shape, I was a teenager in the nineties... It could have been worse, I still have some left!

Microblading if brows are sparse, eyelash lift and tint and/or pedicure.
