I need a thick soft super longline cardigan

Basically a dressing gown alternative for home so I don’t look like such a hobo.

Where do I find such a thing?

H&M have been good for this over the years - I used to have one that meets your exact description but I left it on a train and I still miss it years later, it was the perfect throw-over-anything cardigan and it held its shape beautifully- I find some longline cardigans start to look saggy and sad after a while.

Ok after hours and HOURS - I kid you not!

I have ordered these Topshop ones from ASOS. Notable complaints included it was too heavy weight and too large 🤣 So I am hoping oversized and decent knit weight.

Not the exact style or colours I was hoping for but I was getting desperate out here.

It's sold out on the joules website but I got one on their eBay outlet shop floor £25 , I'm 5'9 and it sits longer on me than the model. It's very cosy and soft

They have some in Roman and if you want a lux version, Woolovers have merino and cashmere ones.

I have a dark grey merino cashmere dressing gown from woolovers but sadly it’s got moth holes

Update on the topshop asos buys… the stripe one is just perfect! Still not a luxe knit but the best your going to get with a polyester blend. Really lovely soft and the right thick but not too heavy. Perfect for sofa draping.

The other two cable knit ones are also nice but I think I should have down sized here to XS. Considering keeping them anyway as they are so thick and warm. Then I can save my nice stripe one from excessive wear and tear and can have one for when I wash.
