Which order to get (non invasive) cosmetic procedures done? Planning makeover 2023

Hello! I'm going to make 2023 the year I become a fancy wallflower 😋I have a vague idea of the procedures I want to get, but I can't figure out the best 'order' to get them done - I don't have anyone in real life to ask, and I wanted an idea before I call up clinics, etc.

To give an idea (in no particular order, obviously):

Eyebrows tattooed - (not sure yet if I want microblading, powder brows etc)

Botox - i'm mid 30s but really want to look REFRESHED lol, does botox do that? or is it fillers or laser treatments?

Fillers - i lost a lot of weight this year (only good thing about 2022) and my face has a deflated look, so maybe I need fillers for this? keeping options open

Laser face thing for acne and 'glowiness' - I stopped taking the pill 4 months ago and my skin is very oily and acne prone at the moment, the worst it has ever been. I have read it takes time for things to settle and I guess it's better than it was 2 months ago but I was thinking about getting a laser acne treatment thingo.

Laser Hair Removal Upper lip - and other parts of body as well, but when would I schedule this in with all the lasers and injections flying around?

I'm not in a rush to get anything done - ideally I'd like to get these done over the course of the year. I know it sounds silly but can someone help me figure this out, its overwhelming to me. I'm worried if I get botox and then tattoo my brows - when the botox wears off the brows will be crooked or something 😅.

Anyway thanks for reading x

Take your time and choose your practitioner carefully. I have micro bladed brows and am really pleased with them. You would have to leave about 3 weeks between Botox and micro blading. Good luck

Not a fan of fillers, never look natural.

Skin needs at least 3-4 months to renew and show benefits of any change so leave this and first port of call ought to be gp/dermatologist.

Try Threading for upperlip.

Do the Botox prior to the micro blading. if you like the botox then have the micro blading done. Reason being that you may get a little eyebrow lift with the botox so you want the eyebrows to be bladed in the right place.

Then fillers.

Before all of this get yourself on skin and me or dermatica. Laser is EXPENSIVE and given your age you'll have decent skin already that will respond well to some prescribed skin care which you can have a go at for six months before going to see a practitioner to tackle the stuff you need to go in hard at.

Botox will help with 11s which I think does help look refreshed as you won't look angry all the time. Fillers should be (IMO) for volume loss only if you're wanting a glow up. So need to be done with an expert hand.. another reason to get the Botox done first - you can get a bit of a lay of a land with someone on Botox before your trust them on filler.

If you've just lost weight, I'd advise you hold off for a year before fillers.
Some of the 'haggered' look will be sagging from stretched skin and you're young enough for your skin to have some natural 'bounce back', but it takes a while. What you're left with after a year is the end result though, so you'll have a better idea if you 'need' filling out. I'm much older and was surprised how much everything tightened and lifted after a while.
Secondly, after a year you'll know if you're going to be able to maintain your new weight. We often don't, and you wouldn't want to regain the weight on your face having also had fillers, as this could look unnaturally puffy.

Go on holiday instead.

Thanks for all the replies, I really appreciate it! I thought this thread was dead in the water when I posted.

cruisebaba1 I went for an eyebrow consultation just to get something rolling and to see if it 'felt right'. I'm 75% about proceeding.

QueenSmartypants I like the advice about seeing a derm/GP about sorting skin issues first.

Tiffan thanks for your thoughts on fillers and botox and skin stuff. lots to think about.

5128gap thanks so much for mentioning all that about the skin!!! It's driving me nuts! I feel like a Basset Hound on my worst days. I really hope some of it springs back. I've reached my goal weight just now, so 1 year maintenance will be a good point to reassess filler.

HammergoHammer heheh not ruling it out, but what if I can do it all! mwahahahahaha

I'd try something like Skin & Me or Dermatica that a dermatologist subscription rather than lasers and get a good facial sunscreen.
I don't think that microblading lasts as long on oily skin.
