Any podcasts for helping me make the changes consistent?

Each year, I make the same old resolutions, keep it up for a few weeks and then they drop away. There's no reason other than procrastination and laziness. It's frustrating as I feel and look better when I make more of an effort with my hair & skin.
Are there any podcasts or something I can listen to which might help keep me motivated? I am very good at doing things if someone is telling me to do it.

No podcast inspo but why not just make gradual changes, one at a time.

I heard something yesterday that was very interesting, about habit forming. You will miss some days but never miss two in a row, make a super human effort on that and you should be well on the way.

Michael Mosleys podcast Just One Thing is all about habits and small changes. Short episodes and science based.

Also just had a look on Spotify and James Clear (Atomic Habits author) is interviewed about habits on lots of podcasts.

Do think that the more changes you try and make i one go, the more likely you are to fail. It takes about 21 days to form a habit, so you could try one change every 3 weeks until they become second nature. We are consistent in so many areas of our lives that we maybe don't recognise, we are truly creatures of habit at the end of the day. One of my habits is not to eat after I've had my dinner so I'm not going to bed feeling sick or having acid reflux. I started doing this about 8 months ago, now I just feel sick at the thought of eating after 6:30pm! Maybe I'm easily influenced, but a bit at a time works well. Also, new habits work well if you set them up and do them when you are not tired.

Steven Bartlett Diary of a CEO, episode 208 looks interesting. It's called 'scientific rules for making and breaking habits in 2023'. I haven't listened to it yet but it's on my list
