Any products that are just worth it? Either cheapish, or a bit more expensive but worth every penny, saving time or just so good you never need to buy anything else.

I've got or already use:

a velvetiser
Use mitchum roll on deodorant
Dettol antibacterial soap for my under arms
Redken so soft shampoo and conditioner
O'Keeffe foot cream

I've just bought tigi bed head shampoo and conditioner, oplex no 3, Revlon one styliser, cerave moisturiser and cleanser

Is Molton and Brown worth investing in?

What toothpaste is worth it?

Hairdryer? I've seen Dyson, but at £300, is it worth it?

Yes I don't think it's a very inclusive range of shades, and one of them ( 'ethereal'?) is very light and looked ashy on me. Ambient light all the way for me.

I use it on top of my normal powder to avoid it looking claggy.

Bought a Revolution Pro gel eye pencil yesterday- very impressed so far - glides on and doesn't budge.

inthedeepshade · 22/12/2022 09:07

Sunday Riley moisturiser

Cire Trudon candles

Murad Intense Recovery Cream

Olaplex

crispinglovershighkick · 24/12/2022 10:34

Chanel waterproof brown mascara doesn't budge, flake, irritate or dry out and is easy to remove.

Hairstory New Wash, Undressed, balm and oil are all worth it.

@Brrrrrrrrrrrr @BlossomWood @spuddel is the ‘salt of the earth’ deodorant an antiperspirant too? My teen daughter really struggles to find a deodorant that prevents her sweating. She can only wear black tops as otherwise gets sweat patches after minutes! I’m wondering if this will work or not?

I find the sure/dove creams work the best, the ones in a box
Apply at night, and you can use a spray in the morning but I've never needed to

Custardcreambiccy · 24/12/2022 11:27

Ultrasun Face spf 30
Daily hyalauronic acid capsule

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/12/2022 11:28

@crispinglovershighkick Could you please link to the specific mascara? I need a new one and was wondering about trying Chanel.

Leighton Denny glass nail file

Agree. Absolutely worth it.

Charlotte tilbury flawless filter.

Bigslippers · 24/12/2022 11:40

Cerave lotion for dry skin. Use on face and body - holy grail for me

Arm and Hammer bicarbonate of soda toothpaste

Olaplex 0 and 3

Elnett hairspray

Dream lengths 8 second miracle water

White Company Pomegranate Reed Diffuser

little mini razors for stragglers cant remember what they are called but cheap on Amazon

Personally love Molton Brown shower gels but the mens ones and also Lush Karma soap

Vaseline - multi tasker

Nars orgasm blush - colour is beautiful

oceanbleu · 24/12/2022 11:54

Erborian cc cream
ByTerry Hydra-Balm
ByTerry highlighter blush or glossier cloud paint
Ilia mascara
Maybelline eyebrow pencil which is just the exact shade of dark brown I need with a spooly on the end to blend - cheap but HG for me
Biore watery essence SPF
Diptyque candles (ambre is a favourite)

oceanbleu · 24/12/2022 12:26

Also like to add ByTerry translucent powder
And any eyelash curler for those days I can't be bothered to wear mascara (most days) for opening up the eyes, it makes a huge difference as my eyelashes are long but need a curl

witchesbubblebath · 24/12/2022 12:31

Lansinoh lanolin nipple cream.

KirstenBlest · 24/12/2022 12:33

@kimlek , as pp, when you apply anti-perspirant affects how it works.
Natural deodorants

minticecreamisjustok · 24/12/2022 12:44

GHD hairdryer so much better than a cheap £20 one, not sure compared to a Dyson one as haven't tried.

Charlotte tilbury face oil, I cannot live without.

By terry translucent powder as pp said, it's really good, staying power is much better than any powder I've tried.

Chanel Le Volume is great.

Coffeepot72 · 24/12/2022 16:24

Is there any way to get sample sizes of the By Terry powder, so that you get the right colour?

And my “definitely worth it” is Clarins Double Serum

thepatronsaintofbubblewrap · 24/12/2022 17:07

Don't hate me:
a labiaplasty for just under 2 grand.
I mainly had it done for aesthetics, but also because it pinched in jeans and, well anything.
I have low blood circulation as well and it used to be cold against my thighs.
I can't imagine life without it no

thepatronsaintofbubblewrap · 24/12/2022 17:09

I've posted on the wrong thread AGAIN!!!!

AnyFucker · 24/12/2022 23:01

Oops 😊

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 25/12/2022 12:51

I bought a Dyson dryer (dryer with attachments rather than the AirWrap ) my hair is fragile menopausal and the cooler temperature used with the curved smoothing tool really works .
It's shared with my DD who has thick elbow length hair , she loves it !

I wouldn't have bought it jusy for myself though .

Philip Kingsley Elasticiser , used to use this years back and just rediscovered it .

I love Molton Brown , I've got a 500ml Orange&Bergamot showergel in the bathroom at the moment , but I only buy when QVC has a good offer on.

Floralnomad · 25/12/2022 12:56

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Rich Moisturiser For Sensitive Skin this stuff is brilliant . My daughter has some kind of excema that she used to have to treat with prescription grade steroid cream but this stuff works brilliantly .

Squirrelsnut · 25/12/2022 12:58

Clinique Power Lash mascara. It's tubing but the formula is easier to work with than some.
Nivea Soft.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 25/12/2022 12:58

Parlux drier is worth it,prefer it to Dyson.

GonnaGetGoingReturns · 25/12/2022 12:59

Davines Oi shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo is amazing and lasts ages.

Redken one united spray. This has saved my covid lockdown damaged hair.

Chanel vitalumiere foundation - gives me a perfect glow etc. prefer it over Armani foundation. Also Chanel peach or apricot eyeliner for inner eyes.

Lancôme Monsieur Big mascara.

Amphora aromatics Aloe and neroli face cream, fairly new find but it’s amazing!

Helenlovescats · 26/12/2022 09:28

@kimlek I have used Perspi guard for years -once a week or so and no sweat marks -in fact no sweat between uses. Brilliant stuff. get it from Amazon but other chemists have it too like Boots

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 26/12/2022 11:27

Thanks @LadyEloise1
