Oh God, Hush are having a serious sale!

I weakened. I ordered these leather culottes. I had to, they are half price and lovely 😳 I did take several other items out if my basket when I found them though. So that was some discipline.

Hush are obviously feeling the pinch quite seriously...they had 20% off jumpers and cardis a few weeks ago and 20% off everything not long after.

I remember when they never discounted anything.

I think Hush are feeling the pinch. They never used to discount this much and have a sale this early. I think they hugely over-expanded in the last couple of years which may have been an error. A decade ago I shopped with them a lot, the last few years not so much. But I do love their pyjamas as a tall person as they are long. I also got some lovely summer dresses this year in their summer sale.

And to the pp asking about sizing - it’s definitely very big. I’m slim and end up usually get a 6 or even a 4 which is ludicrous.

I find Hush to be on the large side. I’m a medium elsewhere but Hush small.

The items not small, medium, large etc and in numbered sizes 8, 10,12 etc are true to size, in my experience.

Eyeing the culottes too but wondering if the much cheaper versions from Very or Oasis are nicer. Someone please help me decide! I’m a curvy shorty if that makes a difference.

I'm sorry but those cheaper ones look cheap and plasticty,. The shine could come from bin bags and the cut is weird.

Really? Thanks. I thought a pricey brand would come up small, or normal. M&s vanity sizing is such that I can buy a 12 - more like size 16 and buy an XL in places like Mango.

Everything I’ve got from Hush which is sweatshirts, T-shirts etc they’ve all been great quality - even the sample sale items.

It's only 14 days for returning sale goods, so not right for me. Just flagging that up in case it affects anyone else's decision.

Interesting to hear people have experienced low quality.

I find the sizing large!

I have size 6 skirts from there, which fit comfortably. I'm usually a size 8. The skirt sizing does start from size 4, however.

Due to this thread I logged in and there was the preview which frankly I should not have been looking at BUT the much wanted florizia skirt is in stock in most sizes and reduced to £60 .........

I think it's for friends of hush ! I got some really nice pjs .. the sale is great! Although they would sell soo much more if they would sell stuff cheaper in the first place!

Me too. I can’t justify the cost unless they look fabulous and I love them. They’ll be going back if I’m even slightly uncertain.

50% off some hush items on the john lewis site today, I just ordered the silver leather skirt I had my eye on, I seem to be a size 11, reviews said it comes up tight so I ordered a size 12, hope I've done the right thing as most say hush are large in size, do anyone have skirt if so did you go for your usual size .

Leather culottes arrived today. Sadly, they are divine and will not be returned.
