CACI treatments or something else for my aging face

Help! I am a beauty virgin - I use moisturizer, anti wrinkle cream and cleansers and do have quite sensitive skin but my face just looks awful so I think I need some sort of treatment...please help me decide what to have!
I have budget for it (big B day coming up) and don't want fillers or botox particularly.
My issues are uneven tone, age spots, slight redness, some small broken capillaries near my nose, wrinkles (some fine some deep), freckles.
And I'd seen a local place which does these CACI treatments and I thought I'd ask on here if anyone has had some treatment for their face and see what they would recommend. Am not expecting miracles but I would like to look a bit younger and fresher faced!

Caci is a lifting treatment I think, for sagging face such as jowls.
If you are worried about skin tone perhaps microdermabrasion or a peel would be better.

But the best thing to do is google all the relevant salons and people in your area, and ask for a free consultation. They will tell you what you need. I went to three places which freaked me out, before I found my lovely lady who is on my wavelength and went gently with me.

From what I know about CACI is that it's effective for toning/tightening the look of skin but only when done regularly. I think they recommend 2/3 treatments a week for 6 weeks and then 1/2 times a week from there. It might have changed since I looked at it but I didn't go for it as I didn't think I would keep to that schedule for long and the effect wears off if you don't commit.

Lasers are probably best for what you're talking about although I don't know enough to recommend a particular type.

Yes it doesn’t sound like CACI is the treatment you need. It’s very time
intensive and you can’t leave a gap between appointments (as I found out when I booked a course but had a holiday in the middle). It’s not something I’d really recommend unless you and a lot of spare time and can keep it up.

Lasers are good for skin tone and texture . I had one that targeted skin damage and part of it was IPL that targeted red capillaries by my nose. It was very effective (but expensive).

Microdermabrasion might be a more cost effective treatment? LED therapy is good for redness.

thanks ladies. I'm going to book a consultation with a local place who does all of the above and see what she says - feel a bit better armed now though..watch this space!

I get the HIfU lPL whatever they're called treatments couple of times a year they're about £40 to £60 round our area depends if you have full face and neck or just jawline . I personally think they're great and I don't know why more people don't get them . My husband had the broken vein treatment because his consultant dermatologist recommended it and that worked great as well.

@Soozikinzii please can you tell me more about this? I've never heard of it! Thank you 😊
