Moisturiser for oily, spot prone skin?

Any suggestions? I'm not spending any more than £20. I'm thinking more the mainstream brands like Olay, Nivea etc.
I just need something really light as my skin can get quite oily and spotty in places, but also with an SPF if possible.
Thanks

Yes the above or a nice light gel

NEUTROGENA / Aveeno have one

You do NOT need to spend much money on decent skincare .

Spf in moisturizer isn't adequate , you need a separate one

Has no SPF but I love the moisturizing gels from SBC skincare. Currently using the Rosehip Oil one but also really rate the Vitamin E and the Propolis for my problem skin.

I second Neutrogena. I have similar skin to yours and it works well for me, and is inexpensive.

Cetaphil Daily Moisture Defence

Effaclar la Roche posay. Amazing on DDs teenage skin.

The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors. No oil, no silicones*. Best thing I've ever used.

*No SPF either, but as a PP said the bit in moisturisers isn't really enough anyway if you're serious about sun protection.

Some Boots and Superdrugs sell it, but easy and quick to order online.
