I bought it yesterday in the green, my daughter hates it!

For me - if you want a jacket that length then it's perfect but I prefer longer length ones.

Didn't OP clarify the jacket was reversible?

I think it's nice. I don't love it (not my style, I go for longer jackets) but I like it and it suits you.

I think for such a high price point it's pretty underwhelming. It isn't that it looks bad- it looks fine on you OP, but the fit of the jacket isn't great, the colour is a bit neither here nor there. To me it just looks like something you could pick up for £20 in Primark etc (and I say that as someone who is more than happy to shop there)

I prefer the other side of the jacket without the puffer detail but do think it would look much better in an oversized fit with a slightly longer length and am not a fan of how large the elasticated cuffs are.

These things are subjective though aren't they. I don't think we can ever expect a teenager to actively thing our clothes are cool as someone years older than them with different lifestyles and tastes, nor should that be the metric used to gauge if we keep or feel good in our clothing.

Of course your dd hates it , she is young and you are old and embarrassing.. my teen dd is the same 🤷‍♀️

I don't like it tbh and have seen nicer bomber jackets in Tesco but each to their own ..

I like the lulu puffers but I think as a brand it's quite overpriced!

@RoseBucket it's really lovely material, and shower proof! I've worn it out today so think I'm keeping it. I needed a lightweight jacket for warm autumn/spring weather. Thanks for the comments, both positive and negative!

The top you're wearing underneath is a totally different tone. If the jacket suits you, the top won't.

I may be rather old but the colour reminds me of the jackets skinheads used to wear...

You are paying for the technical fabric - you don't get that with Primark. A family member of mine has one but I don't think it is anything special to look at but she is a sporty person and wears a lot of their stuff.

Bomber jackets are apparently not in fashion this autumn/winter - not that it matters if you like the jacket.

It doesn't do anything for you. I don't like it and not worth that price tag!

This month’s Vogue has a whole page of bomber jackets so definitely not totally out this season…

For the price I’d expect something nicer. Imo it really is uninspiring.
