Embracing wavy hair without the frizz

Can anyone recommend some shampoo and conditioner for naturally wavy hair? I have medium length, box dye blonde hair. It is very thick so I mostly just straighten it so it doesn't look messy but I would love to start embracing the natural waves in my hair. The wavyness is really nice, it's just..Big and frizzy/fluffy and floofs outwards. Help!!

Sulphate free shampoo is good for frizz.

I use this. It was a game changer for me. It tried a few other curl enhancing shampoos/conditioners but they never made my hair feel weightless and always made my scalp itchy. I also use the gel and cut enhancer and only need to wash my hair once a week now with a quick refresh every couple of days.

Curl enhancer not cut enhancer

Be careful with sulphate free as some brands replace the sulphate with alternatives that are as bad/worse. Aussie 'deeeep moisture' is working nicely on my naturally wavy hair at the moment, normal conditioner plus the hair mask once a week. Frizz is often caused by dry hair getting moisture out of the air hence the more moisturised you can get your hair the better. Could you stop dying? Box blonde will dry it out. I also only brush with a "wet brush" which is way gentler. You may need protein treatment if the dye has really left you with porous hair. You can Google how to check that
