Red tinted lip balm

I'm after one of these in a stick and the seem so elusive.

The Nivea ones all have a shimmer in them.

Just want an easy swipe on balm with a hint of colour.

Had benetint lip but it's in a pot and a bit goopy (and I've lost it)

I have some Nivea Cherry Shine. It isn't shimmery, just shiny with a lovely tint.

Fresh Sugar balm has almost no colour pay off. It feels nice, but it's barely there.

@RampantIvy I think wherever had the best deal at the time, definitely didn't pay full price.

I have found the colour payoff better than other balm products I've tried. Admittedly I have not yet tried a red one, but there is definitely colour. One of my favourite shades (Peony I think) transfers just as much colour to my mug of tea than some balmy lipsticks.

I used to use clinique almost lipstick in black honey, remember it being lovely and looks like it still exists. Expensive tho.

I like the dot balm by glossier. The cherry one has a lovely red tint and smells gorgeous.

Clinique black honey gos brown on me too, and I have a elizabeth arden one I think its plum, thats too dark on my lips, I just would like a rosy red lip.

I’ve tried them all since Benebalm was discontinued, in an attempt to replicate it.
The best one by far is Boots No 7 Hydra Luminous Lip Balm in Coral.
Second was Origins in Totally Tulip.
The Nivea ‘crayon’ was far too red for me.

The Dr Paw Paw one is great, in a tube but you can apply it from there. I lost mine on holiday and bought another the minute I got home. The Burts Bees ones aren't pigmented enough for me.

I have this one - it's a tube rather than a stick but if you just mean you don't want a vaseline type tin you stick your finger in. It is very red though compared to other tinted glosses/moisturisers.
It's often half price in tkmaxx.
Aldi also do a knock of of paw paws but not sure if theirs is tinted?

I was gutted to find that Benebalm was discontinued. I bought a l'Oreal sheer lipstick that was nearly as good and now that is unavailable. Why does every lipstick that I buy get discontinued? Sad

Elizabeth Arden 8 hour. They do a few shades. The darkest one gives a really good hint of colour.

I second this suggestion, been using this for years.

Following with interest, I've been trying to find something as good as my Sleek Pout Polish (or the Mac tinted balm it was a dupe for) for about ten years in a red or a deep purple-red 😭 Barry M has a lovely non sticky tinted lip gloss which is the closest I've found so far but it's still not quite the same, but everything else I've tried hasn't been tinted enough.

Will try some of the recommendations on here!

I've had the Burt's Bees one - very red so doesn't suit me, sounds perfect for you OP.

Nobody has recommended them yet but I wanted to pop in a warning about the Clinique and Clarins tinted glosses in a tube - both make my lips dry out and peel off in chunks, and my skin is not normally sensitive to anything.

Kiehls butter stick in berry. Feels amazing, lovely tint and good SPF. Not cheap but lasts well.

I was in the Rituals store in Bicester on Sunday and they had a lovely red lip balm by the tills, I wish I'd bought it. Lipstick shape with great pigment, wasn't too sticky and lovely packaging.

I buy lip balm on Etsy; often they are in non-plastic cardboard tubes.

You can get it in a stick on Amazon (I think it’s made for a different market), but I haven’t seen it in shops here. I find the tins too messy.
