Newbie help needed for dark eye circles

I’m in need of some urgent advice, I’m a mature life long glasses wearer who following cataract surgery will no longer have to wear glasses every minute of the day. Without my glasses to hide behind I have piggy little eyes with massive dark baggy circles underneath them. I’ve never been one for lotions and potions, but my goodness if I go out looking like this I’m going to scare small children and Halloween is only once a year.
I have a small budget but need something that will work on these horrors also recommendations for a concealer would be much appreciated. As well as being mature my skin is also sensitive and very pale.

I use Doll 10 makeup. I get it from QVC as you get 60 days to try it and just send it back even if it’s half empty if you don’t like it. You get all your money back except postage both ways. And buying just now, you get until January to wear and return if you don’t like (so people can gift at Christmas and recipients can return if wrong for them).

The video shows the demonstrator putting it over red and blue felt too on her hand to show you it covers everything. It will hide dark circles.

They do a kit now and again of various makeup products which is good value.

I find pink colour corrector very good for concealing dark circles, it brightens the whole area

Thanks for the feedback I’ll check out the Doll 10 brand I’ve not heard of it before.

If you're fair, pink lipstick and if you're olive or brown skinned red lipstick work as a colour corrector under concealer.
It helps if you moisturise your under eye first. Absolutely no mascara on bottom lashes.

Yeah, pink colour corrector as people say.

There are other things people suggest like cold compresses, sleeping with head raised, retinol creams.

Getting injections of filler can work temporarily but they are very expensive.

I've found that some of the colour correctors only look natural if they're accompanied by a full face of makeup. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is great at dark circle coverage, you can stick it on bare (moisturised) skin and then head straight out of the door. It isn't cheap, but a little goes a long way.

Just had a look at the Nars - so many different shades!
I think I'd have to go to a counter to find out which one was right for me.

Thanks for the suggestion of lipstick I can try that, also thanks for the Nars suggestion it would be good to try the product before committing to a purchase. I’ll try my local Boots to see if they stock any of their products.

@Darkeyecircleshelpneeded @EnormousStuffedMarrow

Just a tip if you do go to a NARS counter to try on - before you buy, nip outside into natural light and check out the colour and finish in a little mirror brought from home, then go back and try something else if necessary.

From personal experience, the different products can look vastly different in actual daylight compared to store lighting. I love NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser and bought a very similar shade in the Light Reflecting Foundation after trying in-store (I wanted slightly more coverage for winter) but it was a lot darker and the finish was quite dull and unnatural in daylight. It was an expensive mistake!

@PorkPieForStarters many thanks for the tip I’m pretty new to all this.
