Hi , is there a product that can brighten teeth up ? Mine aren’t too bad but I’d love them to be a tad brighter . I can’t afford dental charges for whitening .

Do you use it daily or?

beepbeepme · 09/01/2023 18:39

Do the Crest strips make your teeth white even if they're naturally a bit yellow or do they just remove stains?
I've bought a smoke stock from Boots, but only used it today for the first time so can't tell you if it works yet.

@Redruby2020
Sorry just seen this, I get them from “UK teeth whitening”
I get 20 strips at a time which is 10 treatments, and do that once a year.

Mine weren’t stained, just naturally yellow from being a teenager right through my 20s. Thought that was just how they are! The strips work amazingly, you can see the peroxide bubbling under the strip for the half hr they’re on.

This is just with the crest strips Professional effects. no fake whitening filters on photo apps, used to have to do that!

Did it make your teeth sensitive?

The Cleopatra's one mentioned above - all the before photos are darker than the after photos. So the teeth look whiter.

BonkiBo · 07/02/2023 21:24

@CookWashRepeat Nice, I can see the difference. :)

CookWashRepeat · 07/02/2023 21:36

@CookWashRepeat Amazing results! How often do you use that product?

peanutbutter00 · 12/02/2023 21:47

Does cleopatra's damage the enamel at all? Any dentists on the thread able to weigh in on it please?

amarante · 12/02/2023 22:23

I also would like to know. Has anyone else used it?

clairem88 · 13/02/2023 19:36

@peanutbutter00
@amarante

I used it a few months ago and it also had a good effect on whitening my teeth. Now I use it a couple of times a week. My sister is a dentist and she told me that there is nothing harmful and that coconut charcoal + salvadora persica is a great combination for whitening. I even read that the World Health Organization (WHO) included salvadora persica as a plant that helps against oral diseases. I used these strips before too, but it seems somehow harmful to me...
