Facial peach fuzz

Twospaniels · 30/09/2022 21:04

Ok so what is the best method to get rid of facial peach fuzz?

I’m 55 and in the menopause.

I worry about shaving as I don’t want prickly regrowth.

Is there a “best” way to deal with it?
TIA

I think the only way is shave ( microblade) or threading which hurts like a bitch. Agree on the shaving..wish I'd never started it. Now when the chin hair grows back it grows out straight so more noticeable

Microblading. But would get done professionally instead of using the ones you can get for at home.

Microblading is eyebrow tattooing isn't it?

The best method I've found is one of the little micro blade knives off Amazon. They aren't super sharp and leave a really nice smooth finish

Shave it using a razor with 4 blades. I do mine once a week. No prickly regrowth.

I think the others mean dermaplane and not microblade

I stole my DD eyebrow shaper, it works a treat

I use the Superdrug ones too, very satisfying

I love these too and use them to shape my eyebrows as well

I use the Wilkinson Sword beauty blade things. Have done for years. As long as you use a sensible angle, they're brilliant

woodhill · 01/10/2022 12:52

Springy thing is quite good or facial wax strips
I don't trust shaving

roxisolerenshaw · 02/10/2022 08:22

I've tried lots of different methods but now I use dermaplaning and am much happier with the results than anything else.

Battlecat98 · 02/10/2022 08:54

Yep agree with dermaplane. I use the Wilkinson sword ones, you get 3 for £3, it does not cause stubble or thicker regrowth.
