Frizzy/Flyaway straight hair

Not my hair - but pretty much exactly what it looks like all the time. Have tried lots of different oils/frizz serums, but nothing seems to make any difference.

I'd love to have sleek, shiny hair - but it just looks messy no matter what. Would a keratin treatment help with this maybe?

Most hair has flyaways close up.
It could be the brush which is breaking the hair, gentle brushing when wet.

Hair masks or coconut oil to hydrate the hair then wash out.
Make sure you always use a nozzle on the hairdryer, pointing down the hairshaft.

I found buying a more expensive hairdryer has helped. I use GHD hairdryer, it's very quick and more powerful than cheaper ones. straighteners with a heat protection.

The flyaways are really obvious even from a distance, not just close up. I rarely use heat on my hair at all - and when I do, it's my GHDs with heat protection.

Maybe need to try a different brush/comb or hair mask.

Just feels so untidy no matter what

I feel your pain op. I think I've got both frizz and flyaways and I have no idea what to do with my hair now. It's always so much worse in autumn/winter too!

I use a Keratin protection spray and a Babyliss big hair dryer, I find drying it into a style makes it look much better than leaving it to dry naturally.

Which protection spray do you use, please?

Have you tried the Color Wow dream coat? It's been a game changer for my hair which is similar. You do need to blow dry it afterwards as it's heat activated. That may not suit if you don't normally

Would be willing to try it! At least could help on days that I'm putting the extra effort in
