weve all heard the stories about during hard times sales of lipsticks go up and I’ve been thinking about trying new lipsticks lately to cheer myself up. With energy prices sky rocketing and the latest news bout her majesty I definitely need cheering up!

So I thought I’d start a 30 days of lipstick thread. Post a pic or write the name of your lipstick to inspire others to try something new. Who’s in?

il go first. Today I wore No7 stay perfect lipstick in the colour Raspberry and it lasted all day!

rimmel here for me today. Notting hill nude. Needs topping up regularly does this one. Defo not a lasting, all day job. But it’s an oldie but a goodie

Today I’m trying the new dior rouge forever lipstick. This one is in 505 forever sensual. It feels nice. Long lasting and it smells amazing :)

You need lipcote- apply any lipstick as normal and then a coat or 2 of this, let it dry on the lips (don’t rub) it’ll tingle then set and it’ll last all day- pretty much until you scrub it off. Amazing stuff. c.£5 from boots.

I love a lipstick 💄 OP! I usually wear Flat out Fabulous or Russian Red by Mac. With a wash of Violetta if I’m feeling bold lol

Today going for lunch; choosing between Snob and Please Me (both Mac).

The revlon colour rush looks great with your skin tone. 👄

Oh how is the first Dior I’ve had. I was a bit shocked at the price but I thought il treat myself and bought two haha. Defo worth it I love them

Today I remembered to take a photo! This was a Huda one, I think it is called El Cinco de Maya or something along those lines. (Trapped under a cat so can’t go and check.)

today I’m wearing a cheap powerstay liquid lipstick from Avon in persistent pink. Wanted a pink for the queens funeral. This lipstick isn’t one of my faves but She loved a bit of pink didn’t she?
