Calling any microblading artists...Will my microblading ever go away?

I had microblading/phi brows done 18 months ago. I liked my brows OK but now wish them gone. They have faded to a light black shadow or blur around my eyebrows. Will they ever totally fade? When I got them I naively believed that if I didn't top up they would fade away in time. I had a consultation with a laser clinic but am petrified of the idea of orange or yellow or red brows as apparently they can change colours as part of laser removal. My brows aren't awful so if I thought they would just eventually fade I would wait it out. Anyone any experience of how or do microbladed brows eventually go away?

Mine are about 4 years old, still a brown blur. Hate them

Oh no! Hoping that they continue to fade as really don't want to go down laser route.

It's supposed to go within 2 years but apparently this can depend on the skin, the pigment used, pigment placement etc.

Hi. I know this is an old thread but have they faded? Did you go done removal route? Thanks

MalibuBetty · 12/10/2023 01:16

Mine is almost 8years old and the outlines are still there around my eyebrows but turned a blurry grey now . I hated it and never went back for the second session luckily

TwoLittleRoses · 15/10/2023 18:29

Thanks did you try any removal and are they still there 8 years later 😩

wheresmymojo · 15/10/2023 18:54

Oh wow...mine were gone within 2 years.

I do have oily skin though which I believe means the pigment tends to fade quicker.

I assume you can get laser removal?

Mine are still tjere as a blurry fill 5 years later, and I have oily skin.

Wish i had never had them done really.
