I hate that term but that’s how I see it described. The fatty hump on the back of your neck. Good tips?

Bad posture can cause this, especially in if you lean over a computer a lot. It's also possible that it's a cyst or lipoma. Both of these can be reo bot probably not on the NHS.

If it’s posture, going to a gym and lifting big weights in front of a mirror will help. You have to stand the right way, you become a lot more aware of your posture and the muscles supporting your neck and shoulders get stronger.

Planks are good too as you have to focus on maintaining the right position and they strengthen your core, which improves posture.

Pilates will help prevent this.

Another vote for Pilates. at least twice a week. It would be helpful to know roughly how old you are too? It could be osteoporosis too, to which the answer would be different.
