Thread Veins

Has anyone had treatment to remove facial thread veins? Were you pleased with the results? How much did it cost - I've been looking at some clinics that offer this treatment on the web, but (predictably) none of them quote a price, and I don't want to go for a consultation if the price is going to be ridiculous. Thanks in advance .

I'm interested in finding out about this, too. I did read somewhere that thread veins recur so any cost would not necessarily be a one-off.

I am also really scared of letting someone tackle my thread veins who might not be qualified or might make them worse.

I just saw this, have had both electrolysis done which was about £20 and v painful and IPL which was about £100 and also v painful! Have to say the electrolysis made more of an impact, but it does leave marks then scabs for a few days, so best not to have it done in your lunch hour!
They told me it needs doing every 2-3 years and that sounds about right. Am trying to summon up the courage to get another treatment booked in....

What is IPL, Pannacotta?

I don't like the thought of scabs
Not a gentle treatment, then?
