A couple of years ago, I bought the Myolift Mini microcurrent device from 7E Wellness, I even bought the gloves. But to be perfectly honest, I found it a real hassle to use -- time consuming, boring, and required me to pay attention to all those finicky strokes. and stopped using it long before I saw any results at all. So, I'm afraid I can't help you decide whether to stop using the microcurrent or continue with it. Perhaps you could stop it for a certain length of time and then see whether you've lost any firmness or not. If so, you could start using it again.
It's funny that I don't mind using the Lyma Laser at all, and that's because I don't follow a complicated protocol. I spend most of the treatment time working on particular spots. I just place the laser over the problem area, set an electronic timer for five or ten minutes, and do something else while the laser does its thing.
Now for the all over face treatment, I also set the timer and move the laser around my face and neck. I do five minutes on my neck. Five minutes on the lower face, and five minutes on the upper face. In other words, I do not bother to count. I hate counting. LOL!
I'm still using the led masks because they're so easy to use and take just ten minutes. I'm also still using the Nira Laser around my eyes because it's easy and takes only a minute or so for each eye. I'm also still using the Nebulyft radio frequency device because it's pretty easy and takes only two minutes for my neck and two minutes for my forehead.
As you can see, I'm all about quick and easy. The Lyma isn't quick but it's wonderfully easy. Also, since it cost ten times as much as my other devices, I'm going to stick with it no matter what.
