Hello S&B ladies, I'm looking for some help with choosing a new lipstick.

I'm about to turn 40, have just had surgery, and feel like I need a bit of a boost. I've seen CT mentioned a fair bit but have never invested much money in my make up. I don't wear it often, but would like a really good nude and a stunning red lipstick to wear to brighten myself up. The thing is, I live nowhere near anywhere that sells these products, so will have to buy online.

I have dyed red hair, green eyes and am pale skinned. Can anyone help me out with a suggestion on what shade to try please?

CT’s ‘Liv it up’ is a lovely pinky nude. Lippy’s are so personal though, you’d be best to go to a counter and try a few x

Yes I like this one.

Avoid pillow tall unless you can try it first. I don't know why they say it suits all. There are sometimes mini samples for sale on ebay I tried it there it was so draining.

For the stunning read get Dior 999, people actually to stop me when I’m talking and ask me what colour it is. I have tried the Mac Ruby one but it’s very drying and a bit harsh looking
