Treatment for dry hair

Has anyone found a treatment or can offer any tips on reviving dry hair? Something that actually works. My hair is very fine so I need to avoid overloading it.

I think the issue may be related to hormones and/or ageing and menopause.

Have you tried anything? I use Garnier ultimate blends conditioner day - to-day which i really like, and every so often a leave-in conditioner or moisturising treatment. There's a l'oreal one in a tub which i used as a mask and left in overnight, and an aussie sos one.

Also look at your diet: are you getting enough vitamins and essential minerals, omega 3 etc?

I love Philip Kingsley Elastisizer. It has saved my hair after having covid it was very dry and I have bleach. It is a bit more pricy but is worth it.

I rub Moroccan argan oil in after every wash, and often before bed as well (full head after wash, just the ends before bed). Although I shower daily, I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week, and that seems to help a lot.

It's a relatively recent thing for me @Whataretheodds so I haven't tried anything yet. I need to do something but wasn't sure where to start.

Thanks for the suggestions. And yes, it's always worth looking at the diet. That could do with some attention anyway! Smile

I’m a recent convert to Wonder Water. I really struggled for ages, when my thick hair thinned, to find things that worked for it.
