Getting married in 4 weeks and skin has gone to sh*t

I have 4 weeks to try and clear up my chin and cheeks. I don't know why my face has suddenly erupted. It's a mixture of big red lumps and whiteheads.
What the hell do I do?? I drink plenty but could always try and drink more. I'm eating healthily too. They look much redder an lumpy in real life. I was struggling to focus the phone!

I suffered with acne for most of my adult life, I'm 42 so it's calmed down, although I still get the odd spot still.
Using the body shop tea tree oil face wash 2-3 times a day, it stopped the bacteria spreading and causing more spots, Also dabbing on the neat tea tree oil onto spots.
Wash your hands a lot and try to not touch your face.

The only things that have stopped my acne are the following:

• Paulas Choice BHA Liquid Exfoliant. Incredible stuff


• Mario Badescu Buffering lotion


• Skin Clear overnight redness & blemish balm by Boots

I’m 45, have had acne for years, and it’s only in the last 6 months or so that my skin has cleared up, after using the above
