has anyone yet found a rotating brush dryer with dual voltage?

I've been trying to get on with the babyliss big hair; still not quite getting it, but it's better than letting my hair go wild. But I'll be in north america for a couple of weeks later in the summer, and can't use the one I have there.

Any suggestions for a rotating one that has dual voltage? I can find dryers, hot brushes that don't rotate, etc, but not a Big Hair equivalent.

I bought the Dyson straighteners a while ago that can be taken abroad, so I could just use those, but I was thinking of selling them anyway, as I am finding them too heavy for my arms. I liked that they were cordless, though, and dual voltage.

I have huge, thick ,curly hair and can't ever really seem to section it small enough to use any of the tools well, but I need all the help I can get when abroad.

Cant get better than Revlon one step in my experience. Can't you just use an adapter plug?

It doesn't rotate but that's why it works so well.

I have exactly the same issue OP, same hair. Going to the US soon and travel there fairly regularly.

I have the dyson straighteners too so sticking with them, decided I'm going to buy a decent dryer or hot airbrush out there. I love my dyson airwrap but not spending that money for a US version.

I'm going in a week or so, I'll let you know what I buy but I've not seen anything dual voltage.

I'm not sure the adapter plug would make it get hot enough.

Maybe a non-rotating one would be OK - I have such thick, heavy hair, so much of it, that I thought the rotating was what was needed to get the salon look. Is it just as easy with a non-rotating one?

Yes maybe buying one there would be a thought if I went often enough, even just a cheap version to leave with family there for when I visit.

I am wondering whether to sell the straighteners though as it's quite a bit to pack, the charging base and all, and I do find them so heavy. But then, they're the first straighteners I've had - I used to just go for curls until my hair got this long - so maybe that's actually normal, or needed when you have so much hair. The light ones might be just too small.

The one step is fantastic for thick hair, transformative. I didn't get on with the Big hair either really.

I've just looked up the revlon one, sounds nice but not dual voltage.

So many normal hair dryers are dual voltage, so I wonder why so few of the hot brushes, especially rotating ones, are?!
