I have very sensitive , dehydrated combination type skin.

At the moment I cleanse, use glycolic nip +fab pads once or twice a week, hyaloronic serum, moisture. I'm 32 though and feel like the signs of ageing are showing.

Complexion is dull
Pigmentation around the mouth / chin area
Dark and hollow under eye circles

I should mention I'm south Asian too

I've tried following Caroline hirons book but I've realised my skin is so sensitive that when I use less products, my skin is much better

Take a look at Medik8 if you are in the UK. It's a British brand which is pharma based.

They have a very simple regime you can follow depending on skin type and needs.

I've used them for about 8 years and I have very dry and sensitive skin, works really well for me.

Keep it simple to start, you can always add in later.

I'm SA and I do not use glycolic acid as it's not suitable for asian skin. I prefer to use Salicylic acid to exfoliate, I use the Paula's choice salicylic acid, it is expensive but it lasts a while.

My skincare is very simple. I use cerave foaming cleanser very morning, i don't wash my face in the evening, don't wear makeup so I don't need to. I wear a clinique moisturiser.

I use the acid 2x a week and I also use sunscreen during the summer. I use tretinoin in the winter time, I don't like using it during summer.

I would go back to a simpler routine and stop using the glycolic acid, maybe using a terry cloth to exfoliate for a while. Unfortunately dark circles and hollowness is genetic and there is not much you can do about it with skincare. I have heard that fillers work for hollowness.

For the dullness you can try profilho, I haven't tried it myself but I have heard it is very good. One think I can suggest for dullness is drink lots of water!
