Help for DD16

Can anyone recommend any decent clothes shops for my DD who is approaching her 16th birthday? She's never really been fashion conscious, prefers the laid back look of leggings and baggy tshirts. Recently she's been trying out skater style dresses and skirts which she really suits. We are going on holiday soon and she'll be starting college next year so she needs a new wardrobe. All the standard clothes shops don't have much in her size or it's tiny crop tops/skinny jeans. Also, the majority of clothes in her size tend be very mumsy and not really her style. She's tall and a curvy size 16. I'm the complete opposite size/figure wise so I'm really struggling to point her in the direction of where she can find clothes that she will like. She's very self conscious about her figure so would love to help her find some clothes to build her confidence.
Any suggestions wise mumsnetters?

Is she into patterns or more of a plain material kind of young woman?

Sorry posted too soon. Does she like girly stuff you think or more relaxed skate/surf look?

As she does have curves I can understand why she’s not so confident to wear smaller coverage items. ASOS do a plus size range which is the same items as their normal range

Do you have branches of Urban Outfitters or Hollister near you? The sales are on and there are lots of larger sizes left.

Thanks for responding. She seems to like the more plain casual look. Definitely not girly

Joe Brown is quite pattern oriented but has some quirky more youthful stuff.

I'd be hitting Urban Outfitters, superdry etc whilst the sales are on.

Urban outfitters are great for stuff like this, larger sizes are usually easier to get in the sales too.
