Hi. I am 5ft 4inch and weigh 8 and a half stone. I have put on a couple of pounds over xmas.
I go to the gym 3 times a week and am running 5 miles twice a week (although have got an injury so not been running for a week). If I can't make it to the gym I beat myself up, same if I can't run.
I think I am fat and think I have fat bits, when really im not that bad.
I am now eating really healthy to try and loose a few pounds as want to be under 8 stone.
Is there something wrong with me? Am I mad?
