Views on fillers

I am 49 and am starting to sag and jowl in the lower face. Getting those down turned lines by my mouth (are they called marionette lines?) Anyway, thinking about fillers but the only person I know who has them done looks, well, a bit odd. I can't quite describe how, but she just does, even though she had it done by a proper medical practitioner and favours a natural look. I can see how it might look natural to her as she just stands in front of the mirror, but on real face, it just looks a bit odd.

Any views based on people you know who have had it done - can it look natural or is it always a bit odd!

I have a small amount of filler in the apples of my cheeks, I’ve lost the fat pads as I’ve aged so I’ve replaced them, finding a reputable practitioner is not easy, lots of charlatans out there charging £££ for filler that cost them £10 per ml from Korea.
Do lots of research and visit a few practitioners before deciding on one.

Thanks. I think the practitioner I am looking at is reputable. Good reputation.
