This will be in the ear that I am slightly more likely to sleep on once the piercings in my other ear have fully healed
For those that have these please can you give me the pros and cons of your piercings please.

Both 😁

I have both daiths, a rook in each ear, and a "Tash rook" in one.

Rooks took MUCH longer to heal on me, but they always have. The daiths are much quicker to heal as you don't end up touching them as much and less painful when you sleep on them during healing.

Can you tell me more about the Tash rook? I’ve looked at that but can’t figure out where the other side is.
ultimately I want a Daith but I also want to be able to use my AirPods (pros with rubber inserts)

It's just the Maria Tash brand trying say they invented a piercing. It goes through the flat cartilage of the ear.

I wore earplugs for work during the healing process of both daiths - no issues at all. My current rings can be flipped up and out the way so little pressure is put on them.

I have a daith on one side and rook on the other (among lots of other ear piercings) and have to say the daith was the easiest I've had in terms of healing and comfort. I could sleep on it without problems almost immediately and it healed pretty quickly without any issues. The rook took a lot longer to heal and was prone to having hissy fits for a year or more. My piercer says it's one of the harder ones to heal.

I use in ear headphones with the daith without issue - they're more of a pain on the other ear where I have a tragus and conch (didn't think that through, clearly).

If you want the daith most then get the daith and then get the rook too
