I usually buy what is going for BOGOFF and then get "bored" of it so what do you use and carry on using because you love it so much!

It's expensive, but I just can't help it ... Molton Brown Heavenly Gingerlily shower/bath stuff and if I'm really lucky, the body lotion to go with it! My birthday's coming up ...

JackieNo · 14/01/2008 16:53

Happy Hippy from Lush. Smells of grapefruit - v zingy and refreshing.

3missys · 14/01/2008 16:54

ooh yes Molton Brown - yes I have had a whiff of some of their stuff but never actually bought any - yes my birthday is in April so could ask for some of that but in the mean time....

Lush! Now why didn't I think of there - I have used some of their gels a few years ago but only use their bombs now!

The new olay body butter shower gel. Smells really nice and leaves my skin feeling really smooth.

Maidamess · 14/01/2008 19:26

Body Shop shower/bath gels are lovely, really moisturising. Lovely smells too. I eap. like Rose Cassis.

mrspnut · 15/01/2008 09:46

I currently like Tesco Pomegranate and Raspberry or Waitrose Pomegranate and Passion fruit.

I have Molton Brown Wild Indigo for lazy baths and when I'm getting ready to go out.

BettySpaghetti · 15/01/2008 09:47

The Sanctuary Foaming Shower Wash -lovely (but from a recent thread on here it seems not everyone gets on with it) followed by their Moisturising Body Milk (guess what Betty got for Xmas . Also have the spritz spray.

On a budget level Waitrose Coconut and White Cranberry shower gel is nice

Liz Earle's energising body wash smells heavenly, and it is FAB! Highly recommended, like everything else she sells...

3missys · 15/01/2008 13:12

MMMmm yes I have tried a bit of Liz earles stuff but not the shower range.

You see I love skin care but I read somewhere years ago what ever you wash off your body do not spend loads of money on as you are doing just that - washing it away; and whatever you rub in, spend more on, as your skin is actually useing that. Whether this is right or not it has always stuck with me so that is why I never spend more that £5 normally on shower gels and shampoo.

Thanks for all of suggestions.

At the more budget end of the line, I like the Palmolive ones- honey and almond is quite nice. Good for moisturising.

If you really want to be woken up, the mint source ones are very zingy.

MaryAnnSingleton · 15/01/2008 13:30

kando - the Gingerlily is my favourite too - I've eked out a bottle since September when my mum gave it to me for my birthday (have the shimmery perfume spray too)
I also have a nice coconut and lime gel from Sainsbury's and
a wintery ginger and clementine one from Waitrose

Lilymaid · 15/01/2008 13:32

Bodyshop's Pink Grapefruit. I love citrus scents and it really wakes me up in the morning.

3missys · 15/01/2008 13:45

Yes grapefruit, mint, ginger, coconut all sounding good to me! I have liked the sound of all your suggestions, going tohave to have a different shower gel a day me thinks!
