Max powder question

Hello, I haven't got the opportunity to go into somewhere to ask this but I wondered if anyone can tell me -

Would I use both the studio fix powder, then the mineralise natural powder on top? Or is it one or the other?

TIA?

I'm not an expert, I just loooooove all things make up and love trying on new stuff!
Having said that, Studio Fix powder is a foundation not a setting powder but being a powder you don't have to set it with more powder.
I have the SF powder but tbh I don't particularly like it... I bought it based on reviews and it just doesn't work for me. I love the SF fluid but the powder version was an utter waste of money for me, though I know people who adore it.
For the record, I haven't tried the Mineralize powder in person. I just looked at the MAC website and Mineralize is a setting powder so I would maybe try it just to touch up as the foundation wears off. Ideally it should go over a cream or a liquid (to set them), or by itself (to add some light).
Sorry, but if you put powder on top of powder you'll likely end up a cakey mess, though if you still want to try it you can add MAC Fix + as alast step to see if that helps.

Ok thank you! What don't you like about the studio fix?

Yes you put the mineralise powder on top as gives that glow from within look so you'd apply over other powders

SF powder (not the fluid!) highlights every single flaky patch (my chin looks fine but with this on it's like I used a nail file on the skin and it looks super chalky), it accentuates lines (on the forehead) and my pores look like moon craters on this stuff (I do have pores but with SF on it's all I can see)! Overall it just adds years to my face as it looks so unnatural but I know quite a few people who love it, so don't be put off by me. It's a HG for many, just not for me.
