Desperately need help with my hair

My hair is well-cut (long but with short bits at the front, like the hairdresser said would suit me) but it's horribly fine, very flat and just looks dull. I do try to eat properly, use conditioner etc but don't take any supplements or anything!

I'm a sort of blondish mousey brown colour naturally and have flirted with the idea of getting it coloured, but have no idea what suits me or what the upkeep would be like. DH says he fancies me as a redhead but not sure how that would go with my current colour as I don't want to end up ginger (no offence to anyone with ginger hair). A chestnutty colour would be fine. Also does changing your colour mean you have to drastically revamp your wardrobe colour-wise?

I just in the mirror and I don't have the swishy sexy hair I want! It's really starting to damage my self-esteem, which is ridiculous because I am 21st century woman etc etc etc but it's really getting me down. Please help me.

you could go for a mixture of high and low lights and have 3 or 4 colours put through. It would give your hair the lift it sounds like it needs and also that way re growth isn't so noticable.

I have unbelieveably thick curly hair and it is not all it is cracked up to be!!

Have you seen those clip on extensions that they sell on the shopping channels. They really are good now and with the right technique you can totally transform your hair.

i always watch them they are on and the ladies on there say similar things to you and that it makes them feel loads more confident..HTH
