Jumpsuit - looks nice, but will I wear it?

I tried it on, it does look nice, but I think about trying to go to the loo. Every jacket, cardy, scarf having to be peeled off. There's little enough time between lessons so it's right out for work. Do you have a jumpsuit? Do you wear it? Does it drive you mad? Should I send it back?

I wear mine but mainly for going out out. The kind of places you take your jacket off when you get there. It’s a bit of a faff, doubly so if worn with Spanx but it’s worth the effort for a simple outfit.

How quick can you get it down to go to the toilet? This definitely puts me off wearing them on a night out!

I have one that looks awesome but has only been worn a few times for this reason. Also I don’t have a jacket that works with it so it’s for a specific time of warm, dressy day 🤣

I only have one but the zip doesn't go all the way up the back so it's dead easy to lower

I have some Finisterre jumpsuits (more of a boilersuit I guess) made of sturdy cotton twill that I wear constantly (and even as I type 🙂). I wear silk thermals underneath instead of a cardi/jacket on top, it means when I take it down for the loo 1) it slides off easily over the silk layer and 2) I'm not sitting there freezing in my bra. It has a long front zip so it's easy to get down but I'd hesitate to buy one with a complicated fastening. I pull it off one shoulder, then the other, then I sort of fold the (long) sleeves into the front as I sit down (to avoid contact with the loo or floor).

It was more of a pain during winter walks when I was all covered in coat, scarf etc, but usually thermals + boilersuit + gilet will suffice and the gilet is easy enough to take off.

I admit that although they would be very comfortable to wear on a long flight I've so far avoided it due to worries about the logistics of a tiny plane loo.

I have one with a zip up the back that I frequently wore to work- I did check I could unbutton it solo before I committed though.

It was a nice variation from dresses and trousers/shirts.
