Wearing two watches

want to start wearing a smartwatch of some sort, either apple or Fitbit, so I can track exercise, heart etc.
The thing is I have a really lovely proper watch that I wear all the time. I can't work out how to wear both without looking ridiculous.
Does anyone do this? Or have any ideas how to make it look less weird?

A few months ago, October/November , Oura ring released the Generation 3 (Gen 3) ring which has 7 sensors compared to the 3 sensors of the Gen 2. Gen 3 is very different from the old gen 2 , way more than sleep monitor. It tracks activity and also routes you take while running. You can wear it for swimming, surfing, ... but you need to make sure it is tight enough.
I usually wear it on my left hand, either index or middle. When swimming , I move it to my right hand, index finger, which is quite tight and needs a bit of effort to put on and remove. That way , I am sure I won't lose it.
The ring detects activity including swimming and learns the differentiate between your workouts, and as soon as it connects with phone, it will suggest a workout and you either confirm it or delete it.

The Oura ring monitors heart rate 24 hours a day support.ouraring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410656562579-Use-Daytime-Heart-Rate-
You can also tap the heart symbol on phone, stay still and it will measure it there and then.
There is a ton of data one can customise. I am sure I only use a fraction of mine.

I have an Apple Watch on my right hand and an analogue tactile watch on my left hand (I am VI).

I use my Apple Watch primarily as a fitness tracker/alert device etc etc etc and my analogue watch to tell the time. Plus my Apple Watch is on my right hand because I have an ICD and. Where possible it is advised to keep such devices as far away from them as possible.

People can think what they like. I don’t care.

Sorry, what's VI and ICD?

@LenkasLentil

I think VI in this context is visually impaired.

I use to wear two, got an allergy to my Fitbit, I'm glad it's gone thh, I love my normal watch

ArabeI · 30/04/2022 14:19

I never wear a normal watch nowadays. Though I change the strap frequently on my Fitbit, depending on what I'm doing (I love the scrunchie straps when exercising).

What type of Fitbit is it? You possibly know you don't have to wear it on your wrist and can buy different housing for your pebble.

ArabeI · 30/04/2022 14:23

Sorry, I thought you had a Fitbit, for some reason.
