I'm early forties, big chunk of grey on my hairline and temples. Naturally dark and trying to gradually go lighter as I look washed out and the grey is honestly back in a week. I have moved to 7.0 dye but after a couple of washes it looks orange even on the bits that were white!

I have struggle with hair loss for years and have found since i get older the texture of my hair and the hair loss then growing back (it's hormonal) looks like tiny little pubic hairs 😩 so I have a halo of frizz!! It doesn't help I'm naturally quite curly.

I really want to sort myself out does anyone have any advice for me I feel like shaving it off!!

If you have color resistant greys it probably is easiest to stop coloring them and let them be grey and use a violet shampoo to keep them zingy looking color-wise.

Then you are left with coping with the frizzies, which is at least only one issue to deal with. I have pubic like whites at the sides of my hairline near my ears. I use hyaluronic conditioner and smooth with oil.

Actually, I’ve just remembered that for a long time I used revlon color conditioner on them after each wash. It is in a round bottle and comes in a variety of shades. I used brown. It is quite smoothening, and will neutralise the orange and help them blend in with your dark hair. It’s quite a good product.
