So Boden sent my dress on 22 Dec

via Royal Mail. Still not here and when I emailed them they kindly replied that you need to allow AT LEAST 10 working days. What? Is that 5th class post or something?
I fail to see the point of mail order clothes if you are never going to actually GET them.

I ordered something on the 22nd and got it on the 27th

I actually ordered it on the 18th Paula. So that is even more annoying since it took them four days to post it!

Yup - I ordered on the 30th and although it was apparently dispatched on the 2nd, I'm still waiting.....

Still no sign of my dress Bobsmum - has yours turned up?

Mine was sent out by Parcelnet on the 4th and I'm still waiting for it too. I wouldn't mind so much but I want to wear it on Saturday night and I thought it would be well and truly here by now.

Mine was despatched on the 18th. Hadn't arrived come 3 Jan, so I rang up. They discovered it had been lost, and sent a replacement. Then both turned up together today!

So there is hope, but i would ring so they can track the parcel.

I have had some slow stuff from them as well but it has all arrived now so fingers crossed for everyone else

They have sent another one today by next day delivery.

Glad you don't have to wait too much longer. I'm going to give them until tomorrow then will ring them up again. Don't know what they can do though as half the stuff I ordered is now out of stock.

Mine never turned up and I was given a refund as they no longer had the things I'd ordered. That was my first and last order with Boden.

What is the email address? I couldn't find it on the website in the 'contact us' bit.
