OK I know I've gotta shift the flab with diet and exercise, and I need to shave/pluck/smooth/Fakebake more...
But what's really pissing me off is my stomach.
I posted a while back about my huge diastasis (separation of rectus abdominus muscles after 3 babies... well actually after 1 and then it was ALL downhill. Quite literally). I have asked for referral to the physio but the appt is going to take months to come through.
I know 'normal' situps (as if there were such a thing!) and stomach exercises are not recommended for this problem but someone on here must know what kind of exercises ARE recommend to rectify the rectii?
I believe Pilates also isn't recommended until much more, er, together and healed. Don't think there's any chance of it ever healing over completely (I can feel my bowels wriggling around FGS and more a hands width rather than a few fingers...)
So where do I go for selfhelp in meantime?
