Does anyone use this and rate it? I noticed it’s about half price at the moment

OP, l have used it in the past but to be honest didn’t notice any difference

I've used it and it's nice but only a temporary plumper, it's not going to make the lines go away but they will look better for a while.

Nothing to write home about sadly x

It's "magic" ingredient is Matrixyl which is a peptide.
Peptides work in accelerating skin turnover, boosting collagen etc. So skin will eventually (peptides, like retinols are a long game thing) look plumped and more hydrated.
The Boots labs products have a lot of Matrixyl in, (these days it's in most skincare which boasts plumping, lifting, firming, anti-age, collagen boosting etc) and probably (because of the large quantity) work better at doing it than any cream containing peptides.
TL:DR- will it get rid of lines? No
Will it do my skin good? Yes.
It's a good peptide serum. There are cheaper ones, and more expensive ones.

NB- one tube of it won't do much, as it's a product which helps cell turnover and stimulates changes below the surface. Like retinol, you're looking at a good few months before you see any difference. Even then, you'll suddenly think "oh my skin is looking nice" rather than "fuck me I look 18".

AM
Any old cleanser you like- it goes down the plughole, no need to spend
a vitamin C serum
Hydrate- any old moisturizer you like, a hyaluronic serum will help (the Boots one you link to will do this too)
SPF 50

PM
Cleanse,
Retinol (build up gradually and research which)
Hydrate.

If you want to add any actives other than the Vit C and retinol, you can, according to your skin type, but these are the 5 products that are "essential" to make a difference.
