Recently my hair has become dry and a little prone to fizz. I'm 50 so also peri menopausal.
Looking for some recommendations for a ( not too expensive) shampoo and conditioner.

I’m using Pantene hair biology at the moment. Defrizz and illuminate is the one I’ve got but there are a few options and usually on offer.

Stopping using anything with sulphates in made a big difference to my hair, they are in a lot of regular lines, good ones by budget.... £ OGX, ££ Josh Wood (find by hair dye in Boots, Everything Mask is amazing), £££ Aveda botanical repair

(Sulphates, sodium laurel sulphate, SLS, really strip the hair and cause dryness)

One to two drops of pure argan oil run through damp hair is enough to control frizz if hair dryer drying.
If you've got the time to air dry, Squish to Condish and just leaving it will produce soft non frizzy hair. I sleep with it quite heavy with conditioner and it behaves beautifully the next day.
L'Oréal Banana 🍌 Hair Food in the pot is great.

I've recently started using the L'Oréal hair food banana shampoo and conditioner as well as the deep conditioner in the pot - it's so excellent for the price, really very good

SBC collagen shampoo and conditioner. It isn't cheap, but it lasts for ages, so is cheaper than it feels, iykwim. I'm over 60 and I love it.
