Try bloobloom. I'm very happy with mine and they do a great try at home service

Black eyewear, if you're in London. Great service, attention to detail and very current shapes. Not cheap, but excellent.

The best, and probably the most expensive optician in town or better still the best independent in your closest city. Only independent opticians put in the work to buy frames like fashion items (and I'd argue that you should buy something a bit 'out there' that fits and makes you look good). I think you should consider a three year replacement cycle. Nice specs, with a faintly complex prescription, are likely to cost £600 or thereabouts. So you should get at least two years wear, plus another's year back up wear in case you break them for under £1 per day.

Depends on budget.

I've just some from Jimmy Fairly which I'm happy with so far

Toddlerteaplease · 20/02/2022 22:02

I've got Lindbergh. They are brilliant. I had mine custom made in different colours. The quality is great and you just get them reglazed when you need a new prescription.

Try iGreen from an independent optician. Best ever.

I get mine from Oliver Peoples or Cubitts as a back up which are cheaper.
